To access the Member Record module, select the Member button on the Main Menu screen.
This module contains the bulk of functions dealing with the member data maintained by ChurchCare. Details of members and their families are grouped under 3 main categories:
The Member information screen has two main tabs, one gives a summary list of members for quick reference, and the second, details of family and individual members. You can switch between the two views easily by clicking on the tab.
The figure below illustrates the screen heading, showing the two main tabs.
The toolbar at the top of the screen presents the actions (represented by icons) that you can perform in relation to data displayed. Different set of icons are enabled according to the tab in view.
