The Lists tab shows involvement of the individual in the church. There are 4 types of groups: Small Groups, Mailing Lists, Gifts/Ministry and Skills/Hobbies.
To maintain an individual's participation in these groups, you either use the Tool bar button or RIGHT click on the listbox and select the popup menu option. Below is an example of list maintenance.
To join a group, select the group from the "Available Lists" listbox, then click the Join button.To leave a group, select the group from the "Already On These Lists" listbox, then click the Leave button. You can select multiple groups in one action.
Click the Save button when done and you will return to the viewing screen above.
On the next page, we will take a look at the email and Web address. Click NEXT>> to continue.
