Virtual Tour -> Change Password

The Change Password screen on the left can be displayed by ChurchCare under the following circumstances:
  • You have selected the Password button on the Main Menu
  • Immediately after you login and your password has expired
  • You login after the System Administrator has just reset your password (eg you forgot your password)

Irrespective of why this screen is displayed, the process is the same. Enter your old password and then enter your new password twice in the New Password and Verify Password fields.

If your password was just reset, you will be logged out of ChurchCare immediately after changing the password, and you need to restart the program and login again. This is a security feature to ensure the password is properly updated.

With the logon security details out of the way, NEXT>> we will be entering into the Member's Record areas.
